What is the status of my order?

If you checked out as a guest without creating an account, we will not be able to offer you updates on your order status. You will however, receive confirmation emails as well as shipment tracking information upon completion of your order. What if I can't find the product/size I am looking for online?

We only show product on the web that is currently in-stock and available. However if you see something that you like that is currently out of stock, please contact us at and we will contact you with information on when it is going to become available. Please allow up to 1 business day for the response.


Why was my order cancelled or rejected?

We reserve the right to cancel/reject your order under certain situations that include, and are not limited to: inaccurate billing information, incorrect shipping location, invalid phone number, items ordered are no longer available. How long does it take to process my refund?

Depending on the method used for return shipment, it can take up to 2 weeks for your package to be received. If you requested a refund, it should be reflected on your credit card statement within one billing cycle from the time we process our return. Please allow 7-10 business days from the process of your return for delivery.



What are my payment options?

Easy Street Shoe Company accepts VISA®, Master Card®, American Express®, and Discover® as forms of payment online. When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your card (for example, including a period after your middle initial, if applicable). For our customers' protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

How are products shipped?

We offer 3 different delivery options for your convenience.

  • Standard Shipping(Free, 4 - 5 days)
  • Expedited Shipping($25, 2 - 3 days)
  • Overnight Shipping($35, 1 day)


Do you ship on Holidays and weekends?

At this time, Easy Street Shoe Company does not ship on holidays and weekends. Please note that Easy Street Shoe Company is closed in observance of the following holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.


If I place an order on the weekend?

At Easy Street Shoe Company we strive to get your orders shipped as soon as possible. For example, orders placed on Monday afternoon will generally leave the Easy Street Shoe Company warehouse on Tuesday; however orders received on Friday will not leave the warehouse until Monday. What is your international shipping policy?

Currently we only ship to places within the continental United States.


How do I know when my order is shipped?

When your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email stating the tracking number and expected delivery date.


I didn't receive a confirmation email after I placed my order.

Please confirm your email address when creating your account. If you are using your workplace email address, be aware that many corporations use filters to disqualify incoming automated emails, which could hamper delivery of our confirmation email to you. Please also check your junk mail to assure your confirmation email is not stuck in a section of your mailbox you cannot see.


How do I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately at this time once an order has been place we cannot change or cancel it online. Please contact our customer service department immediately if you wish to cancel or change your orders. In some cases, it will be too late to cancel or change your order. If this scenario occurs, when you receive your purchase please follow our return policy instructions.
