Return & Size Swaps
Items purchased online may be returned for a refund. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. You have up to 30 days after purchase to return or size swap your item. Credit will be given in the original method of payment (price of item as well as any applicable taxes) subject to the terms below.
Returned products must be in original/new condition (in its original package without any visible wear and tear.) If the product is returned in un-sellable condition we will ship it back to you, at your expense, and not provide a refund. We suggest that you try on all footwear on a carpeted surface to ensure a proper fit before using. The Return Form must be provided with your return to ensure proper credit. This form is included with the shipment of your order in form of a packing slip.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
In no event will Easy Street Shoe Company be responsible for lost or damaged packages on returns. We encourage you to get insurance and tracking information on your packages as you are responsible for it until we receive it at the Easy Street Shoe Company warehouse.
There is no refund for shipping costs already paid on purchases, unless the product was defective or if there was an error in your order on the part of the Easy Street Shoe Company.
SIZE SWAP POLICY
At Easy Street Shoe Company customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We understand that not all shoes fit the same and for this reason, as a service to you, we offer the ability to do a Size Swap, subject to the terms below.
Size swap may be made once on easystreetshoes.com purchases. A size swap is available only on the exact product on your original purchase. This means that it is applicable only to the exact same stock code on your original purchase and can only be swapped for a change in size or width or both.
All products must be in its original/new condition (in its original package without any visible wear and tear.) We suggest that you try on all footwear on a carpeted surface to ensure proper fit. The Return Form must be provided with your product. The Size Swap part must be filled out with the new size and width needed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping back to the Easy Street Shoe Company warehouse. However, we will provide free shipping back to you. It will only apply on the first size swap of shoes, using our standard shipping method via UPS Ground SP®
Easy Street Shoe Company is committed to making quality footwear and we stand 100% behind our product. We cannot however guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item until it has been inspected by our quality control department.
Please visit contact us and fill out the form to notify us that a return for a defective product has been initiated. Please include your Customer Order # (which you can find on your packing slip) and indicate the Easy Street style/stock code that is deemed defective. Please advise at this point whether you want to simply return the defective merchandise or swap it. In order to receive a refund on a return shipping charge for defective merchandise, you must contact us in advance before returning the item.
Once contact has been established with our customer service department, please return the defective product in its original package and indicate the defect on the Return Form. Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. In the event that the product is not deemed defective, Easy Street Shoe Company will contact the customer that a refund has not been approved.
